This site is simple, and so is this policy. Here is what happens with your information when you visit getfuturemedia.com, in plain language.
The short version
We don’t collect personal information on this site beyond what you choose to give us, and the only reason to give us anything is to start a conversation. There are no accounts on this site, no newsletter popups, and no advertising trackers.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. You can read every page on this site without giving us any information.
Server logs. This site is hosted on Netlify. Like nearly every hosting provider, Netlify keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We don’t use these logs to identify visitors. You can read how Netlify handles data in the Netlify Privacy Policy.
Third-party services on this site
Some pages embed content from other services. When you load or interact with those embeds, the service providing them may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy:
- Calendly, if you book a call. Booking asks for your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us about your company so the call can happen. That information goes to Calendly and to our calendar, and nowhere else. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- Wistia video players on some pages. See the Wistia Privacy Policy.
If you never press play and never book a call, those services have no reason to know you were here.
Client dashboards
Client strategy dashboards live on a separate, login-protected application at strategy.getfuturemedia.com. What clients share with us there is covered by our client agreements, not this page.
Analytics
This site does not currently run analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, we’ll update this page to say so.
If you email us or book a call, we’ll use your contact information to reply and to run the conversation you started, and for nothing else. We don’t sell, rent, or share contact information with anyone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, including the right to ask what we hold about you and to ask for it to be deleted. Ask any time: hello@getfuturemedia.com.
